Return Policy – TheFaithfulPrints
At TheFaithfulPrints, every item is made just for you! Because our products are custom and made-to-order, all sales are final. This helps us keep our focus on creating one-of-a-kind items tailored to your vision.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged or has a production issue, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving it. Email us at thefaithfulprints@gmail.com with a description and clear photo of the problem, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed. To avoid sizing issues, please double-check our size guides before ordering.
Refund Processing (if applicable)
If a return is approved due to damage or error, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
